There is something missing in my order! What do I do?
For every order that we ship, we include a packing list on all items that are to be shipped.
There are times where an item you have ordered is missing from the packing list, this will likely have been removed due to it being out of stock. If an item is in fact out of stock, you will receive an email notifying that you've purchased be out of stock.
If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
